1. Introduction

Welcome to CH-ISE (Creative Homepage Interface Solutions and Engineering). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

CH-ISE offers web development services, including but not limited to:

  • Static website creation
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • eCommerce solutions
  • Google Business Profile setup

3. Quotations and Estimates

All quotations and estimates provided by CH-ISE are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Quotations are based on the information provided by the client, and any changes or additional requests may result in a revised quotation.

4. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before the website goes live.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or any other method agreed upon with CH-ISE.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content provided to CH-ISE.

6. Project Timelines

CH-ISE will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, the client acknowledges that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in project scope. Any delays caused by the client, including but not limited to late provision of content or feedback, may result in an extension of the project timeline.

7. Revisions and Changes

CH-ISE offers a limited number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes may incur extra charges. Any changes to the original project scope will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the completed website and its contents. CH-ISE reserves the right to use the completed project for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Warranty and Support

CH-ISE offers a 30-day warranty period from the date of project completion to address any issues or bugs. After the warranty period, ongoing support and maintenance can be provided at an additional cost.

10. Limitation of Liability

CH-ISE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the project.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination by the client, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. CH-ISE reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to comply with these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

13. Amendments

CH-ISE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
